We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Finaqo. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and acquire potential customers for personal loans through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels.
Promote personal loan offerings, highlighting features like instant approval, flexible repayment, and competitive interest rates.
Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, financial intermediaries, and corporate clients for loan sourcing.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Loan Application & Documentation:
Assist customers in completing loan applications and submitting required documents.
Verify KYC, income proof, salary slips, and credit score eligibility.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for loan approvals.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 06 -1year Experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
