• Engage with prospective clients to understand their educational and professional goals, recommend suitable cybersecurity certification programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.

• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling relevant programs and services to maximize client value.

• Generate leads through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.

• Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to align organizational offerings with client demands and industry developments.
  
  Preferred Skill Sets:

• Demonstrated success in a sales or counselling role, preferably in inside sales or educational services.

• Proactive, driven, and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership.

• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.

• Must be goal-focused with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
