Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and promoting the company’s products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Generate new leads and maintain a customer database.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate information to customers and resolve basic queries.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals.
