We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound customer calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services
Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Maintain customer database and call records
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and offers
Handle customer complaints and escalate when required
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers professionally
Sales and telecalling experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Language Requirements
Candidates fluent in Tamil and English are preferred. Knowledge of Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada will be considered an added advantage.
Qualification
Minimum: Higher Secondary / Any Degree
