Job Description

We’re Hiring, Role: Business Development Associate

Location: Coimbatore (Work From Office)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Mon–Sat)
Category : EPC
Language : Tamil Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding new partners to the category through calls/referrals
Support business growth through proactive partner outreach and engagement
Contribute to sales pitches and lead generation activities
Manage and optimize batch operations for smooth functioning
Collaborate with the business team to achieve acquisition targets

Requirements:

Strong communication and convincing skills — a sales-driven mindset is a must
Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Energetic, quick learner, and eager to take ownership
Prior exposure to sales, business development or client interaction is a plus
Must have own laptop

Compensation: 25,000 to 27,000 in hand
