Job Description
The Presales & Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, project presentations, site walk-ins, and end-to-end support for apartment sales at Project Rose Gardenia. The role requires strong communication, disciplined follow-ups, and the ability to guide buyers confidently through the home-buying process.
Key Responsibilities
Presales:
Handle incoming leads from calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Provide accurate project information and schedule site visits.
Maintain lead tracking in CRM/Excel and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality feedback.
Sales:
Conduct property presentations and guided site tours for customers.
Understand client requirements and match with available units.
Explain pricing, offers, payment plans, and project features clearly.
Assist with booking formalities, token processes, and documentation.
Coordinate with closing teams and management for final negotiations.
Maintain daily reporting of inquiries, visits, and conversions.
Skills Required
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic understanding of real estate sales (training will be provided)
Confidence in face-to-face interaction
Follow-up discipline and target orientation
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, calls, Excel, CRM preferred)
