We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Glacier Realty. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the on-ground sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and site visits scheduled.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, payment plans, and documentation processes
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Minimum 06 months of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
