Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.

• Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about property projects.

• Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.

• Maintain proper records of sales leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
