Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, and site visits
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals
Maintain a database of potential and existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
