About the Role
RU Loans is seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to support and manage our network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) engaged in mutual funds and other wealth distribution. This role is a mix of relationship management, operational support, and tech-enabled service delivery to ensure smooth functioning of our DSA network. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary relationship manager for DSAs distributing mutual funds.
• Provide tech-enabled assistance for transaction processing, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Proactively resolve service-related queries to ensure uninterrupted DSA operations.
• Conduct training sessions for DSAs on digital tools, mutual fund platforms, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate and activate DSAs, ensuring business outcomes are achieved.
• Liaise with internal teams to handle escalations and provide timely updates.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Graduate in B.Com or B.B.I. (Banking & Insurance).
• Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience:
• Freshers interested in building a career in Mutual Funds and Wealth Distribution.
• OR Experienced professionals with background in Mutual Fund or Insurance Sales.
