We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive - Sales counselor with a background in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student counseling, converting leads into admissions, and helping drive revenue.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential students via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Student Counseling: Understand student goals, explain course features and benefits, and recommend the most suitable training programs.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Convert incoming inquiries into enrollments and consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow-ups & Closing Deals: Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads and close admissions.
CRM & Database Management: Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
Market Research: Stay up to date with trends and competitors in the digital marketing education space to improve pitch and strategy.
Proven experience in inside sales or counselor-based sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to convert leads and meet or exceed targets.
Experience in cold calling, relationship management, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
