Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064

Industry: Packaging Industry (Other industries can be considered with the right skill set)

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach in lead generation, excellent

communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales closures. The candidate

should possess 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the packaging industry, though we are open to other industries with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through

research, cold calls, networking, and other methods.

● Sales Outreach: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential clients through

phone, email, and meetings to introduce services/products and drive business.

● End-to-End Sales Closure: Take ownership of the sales cycle, from generating leads to

negotiating and closing deals.

● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships

with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

● Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify

new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

● Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress on targets, and pipeline

management to senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage with clients

effectively.

● Experience in managing the entire sales process, including lead nurturing, proposal

preparation, and closing sales.

● Experience in the packaging industry is preferred; candidates from other industries with

strong sales skills will also be considered.

● Ability to think strategically and provide solutions to client needs.

● Familiarity with tools and proficiency in Excel.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: Female (9:30am to 6:30pm)

Male (9:30am to 7pm)
