Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and driving sales for our specialized training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, an interest in the education and healthcare sectors, and a passion for helping individuals achieve career success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into clients by presenting and selling relevant courses, tailored to individual needs and career goals.

  • Counseling prospects: Provide guidance to prospective students, helping them understand the value and benefits of our educational programs.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing healthcare professional and students

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including new enrollments and revenue goals.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to stay ahead of industry developments and refine sales strategies.

  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand healthcare professional and students needs through consultations and recommend the most suitable training programs or courses.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system, tracking progress and follow-ups.

  • Post-Sales Support: offering ongoing support and addressing any concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Life science or related field is Preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-6 years in Inside sales, preferably within the EdTech sector.

  • Fluency in Tamil languages is mandatory
