Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Gender: Male

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Haridwar, Rudrapur, Dehradun & Kashipur (Uttarakhand)

Salary: ₹15,000 + Conveyance as per company policy + 5% incentive on freight amount

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Skills Required: Excel Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct market analysis and identify potential clients.

Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.

Plan and implement sales activities in assigned territories.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing and operations.

Prepare reports and maintain data in Excel.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of market analysis and client handling.

Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
