Position: Business Development Executive – IT Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling IT services such as custom software development, web and mobile applications, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services in global markets.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure

• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, and networking

• Handle international clients and enterprise accounts

• Create customized proposals and pricing strategies

• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

• Mentor junior sales associates and support pipeline growth

• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasting reports

• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships


Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in IT services sales / B2B tech sales

• Proven track record of closing international deals

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Understanding of software development, SaaS, web/mobile solutions

• Experience with CRM and sales automation tools

• Target-driven and leadership mindset

• Must be available to work onsite in Dehradun
