Job Description

CareVance Global LLP is a growing outsourcing and IT services company providing Recruitment Solutions and IT Services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX). We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive who can actively generate and bring Recruitment and IT service clients to the company and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and close new Recruitment and IT service clients

  • Actively build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline

  • Pitch recruitment and IT service offerings to prospective clients

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts

  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business

  • Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Requirements

  • 3 months to – 2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales

  • Mandatory experience in bringing clients for service company

  • Basic understanding of recruitment, staffing, or IT services sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Target-driven mindset with proven deal closures

Preferred

  • Experience in recruitment agencies or IT service companies

  • Existing client network in Recruitment or IT services

  • Startup or fast-growing company experience

  • Freelancer BDEs who wants full time job are also preferred
