CareVance Global LLP is a growing outsourcing and IT services company providing Recruitment Solutions and IT Services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX). We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive who can actively generate and bring Recruitment and IT service clients to the company and drive consistent revenue growth.
Identify, generate, and close new Recruitment and IT service clients
Actively build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline
Pitch recruitment and IT service offerings to prospective clients
Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts
Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
3 months to – 2 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
Mandatory experience in bringing clients for service company
Basic understanding of recruitment, staffing, or IT services sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven mindset with proven deal closures
Experience in recruitment agencies or IT service companies
Existing client network in Recruitment or IT services
Startup or fast-growing company experience
Freelancer BDEs who wants full time job are also preferred
