We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Byld Group. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients and decision-makers.
• Work on given leads as well as generate new leads through research and networking.
• Present and pitch BYLD’s products and services effectively to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business goals.
• Maintain CRM records and report progress on a regular basis.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2.1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
5.A passion for sales and the desire to build a long-term career in business development.
6.Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
7.Prior experience in dealing with corporate clients or decision-makers is a plus.
