KEY SKILLS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

1. Core Sales Skills

  • Strong experience in Enterprise, Corporate, and Industrial Sales

  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and close 30+ enterprise/industrial accounts

  • Experience in B2B sales of UPS, power backup systems, IT infrastructure, or equivalent solutions

  • Ability to achieve monthly/quarterly targets independently

  • Regular field sales visits and client meetings

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

2. Market Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of the Gurgaon & Delhi NCR industrial/corporate market

  • Existing network with IT Heads, Maintenance Heads, and Procurement Managers

3. Additional Skills

  • Lead generation & new business acquisition

  • Proposal, quotation drafting & pricing discussions

  • Key account management

  • Ability to handle sales challenges and objections
