Job Description

About the Role:
Black Grapes Softech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients for our software, website, and app development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.

  • Pitch IT services to potential clients and understand their requirements.

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT/BDE

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing.

  • Important: Candidates must be comfortable signing a 1-Year Employment Bond.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience).

  • Fixed working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Sat).
