Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, handle field sales, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct regular client visits and understand customer requirements.
Present company products/services and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Experience in Sales / Business Development.
Strong knowledge of field sales and lead generation.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle client meetings and business discussions.
Good follow-up and conversion skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.
