Business Development Executive

PFC Groups is looking for a passionate and professional Business Development Manager (BDM) to support business growth in the hydro energy and finance sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business opportunities in the hydro & renewable energy sector

Coordinate with clients, investors, and financial institutions

Promote project funding and financial consultancy services

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and project reports

Support project financing and investment planning activities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Identify market trends and growth opportunities in the energy sector

Requirements:

Fluent English communication skills

Professional personality with good nature and positive attitude

Knowledge of finance, funding, or energy sector preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage clients professionally

Business development experience will be an advantage
