Business Development Executive – Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for promoting and selling Nadi Tarangini solutions to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers through consultative sales, product demonstrations, and relationship management.
Primary Responsibilities :
• Promote and sell Nadi Tarangini solutions across assigned territories
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain software and clinical modules
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, and referrals
• Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and customer onboarding
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports
• Represent the company at conferences, CMEs & promotional events

• Experience in startup or fast-growing environments
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or related field
• MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred
• Sales, CRM, or Healthcare Marketing certifications preferred
Experience Required:
• Preference for candidates from healthcare, Ayurveda, medical device, or wellness industries
