Position Title: Customer Care Executive – Outbound Sales

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in outbound sales/telesales
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Motovolt products/services
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or telesales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejections and continue with a positive attitude
Target-oriented approach and a passion for sales
Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge (preferred)
Fluency in English.
