• Counsel students via phone, email, online meetings, or in-person to understand their academic and career interests.

• Provide complete information about available courses, programs, admission process, eligibility, and career prospects.

• Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and messages to ensure admission conversion.

• Assist in the application and admission process, including document verification and form filling.

• Maintain records of interactions with students and update CRM or internal database regularly.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for counseling sessions and enrollments.

• Participate in webinars, education fairs, and other promotional activities as required.

• Coordinate with internal departments (admissions, academics, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Stay updated with the latest changes in courses, institutions, and education trends.
