Role Summary:
We are currently hiring for an Account Manager with a strong focus on lead generation and client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building meaningful client relationships. The position is remote, but we prefer candidates based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities :
• Generate qualified leads through outbound strategies – calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations to understand client needs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Track leads through the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain records of interactions, proposals, and updates.
• Report on KPIs and lead conversion performance regularly.
Act as a bridge between prospects and internal solution teams.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
• Goal-driven and able to work in a target-based environment.
• Prior experience in B2B industries is a plus
