Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, ready to take on challenges, and eager to excel in the fast-paced real estate industry. You will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and driving sales to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new leads through various sources, including networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
• Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Sales & Negotiation: Pitch properties to potential buyers, conduct site visits, and negotiate deals to ensure successful closures.
• Client Handling: Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in Mumbai’s real estate sector.
• Documentation & Follow-Ups: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and follow up with clients regularly to close deals efficiently.
• Work Ethics: Be willing to work long hours, especially on weekends and peak sales periods, to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong sales acumen can also apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market is a plus.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends, if required.
