Reporting To: Managing Director / Chief Growth Officer
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales function, drive strategic growth, and position the organization as a trusted solution provider in the professional services space. This role demands both strategic foresight and hands-on execution to expand the client base and build a high-impact sales function.
Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—for B2B service offerings.
Design and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of 3–5 Business Development and Inside Sales professionals.
Establish KPIs, performance reviews, and growth plans for your team.
Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to drive seamless client onboarding and retention.
Track pipeline health, forecast revenue, and present regular performance updates to leadership.
Stay informed of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
Represent the organization at industry forums, webinars, and business development events.
5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or enterprise business development.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales teams from the ground up.
Strong consultative selling approach with a track record of high-value deal closures.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales reporting.
Strong business acumen and a passion for driving measurable outcomes.
