Key Responsibilities: -
Connect with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls to provide detailed counselling on online and distance learning programs.
- Guide students in selecting suitable programs and drive successful enrolments in line with monthly targets.
- Manage and nurture leads effectively through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales and counselling team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism while representing the organization
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience in inside sales, counselling, or education sales will be an added advantage
