About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new IT service sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and client pitches
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates through CRM tools
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and IT service sales processes
