Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Industry: Corporate Real Estate (Plots, Villas & Apartments)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and field activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

- Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.

- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily sales reports.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

- Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or PUC (Graduates preferred).

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience

- 0–3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate.
