Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Development Executive to drive growth for our Training and Management Consultancy services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and promoting customized training programs and consulting solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients including corporates, SMEs
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals
Promote training programs (leadership development, soft skills, behavioral training, etc.) and management consulting services
Understand client requirements and propose tailored training/consulting solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks aligned with client needs
Coordinate with internal trainers and consultants to design customized programs
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling
Stay updated on industry trends, L&D needs, and competitor offerings
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in training, consulting, HR services, or B2B sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills
Experience selling corporate training, L&D programs, or consulting services
Strong networking skills and existing corporate contacts
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
