Role & responsibilities -

  • Candidate must have knowledge of finance-related sales and a strong understanding of financial products and services.

  • Call potential clients using the database provided by the team leader to initiate contact and introduce services.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant managers to prepare and share detailed proposals.

  • Clearly explain the firm's services to clients through phone calls and emails, addressing all queries effectively.

  • Draft and send professional proposals via email, followed by necessary follow-ups.

  • Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

  • Prior experience in Finance, EdTech, IT Services, E-commerce, or a Marketing/Advertising agency is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g.,Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.

  • Excellent presentation skills and proposal drafting capabilities.

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.

  • Willingness to learn and handle additional responsibilities as required.
