Role & responsibilities -
Candidate must have knowledge of finance-related sales and a strong understanding of financial products and services.
Call potential clients using the database provided by the team leader to initiate contact and introduce services.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant managers to prepare and share detailed proposals.
Clearly explain the firm's services to clients through phone calls and emails, addressing all queries effectively.
Draft and send professional proposals via email, followed by necessary follow-ups.
Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile -
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Prior experience in Finance, EdTech, IT Services, E-commerce, or a Marketing/Advertising agency is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g.,Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
Excellent presentation skills and proposal drafting capabilities.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Willingness to learn and handle additional responsibilities as required.
