Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Description (JD):

Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities

Pitch digital marketing services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects consistently

Candidate Profile:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling

Experience in B2B sales or digital services is an added advantage
