Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving Supernova’s growth by engaging with prospective clients, building meaningful relationships, and showcasing our cutting-edge AI-based tutoring solutions. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are passionate about transforming education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to identify potential clients interested in AI-driven tutoring solutions.

  • Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, communicate value propositions effectively, and nurture relationships.

  • Sales Execution: Use structured scripts and communication strategies to highlight the benefits of Supernova’s products.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices, insights, and strategies with colleagues to improve overall sales performance.

  • Market Feedback: Gather and report insights from clients to help refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Languages: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Sales Drive: Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across teams and align with organizational goals.

  • Passion for EdTech: Strong enthusiasm for technology and education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the EdTech sector or in sales/business development roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹2.4 to 3.6 LPA
