PAC Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive distributor sales and lead the sales team. This role involves managing and expanding the distributor network, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and distributors. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for guiding and motivating the sales team to meet performance goals and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.
Handle day-to-day distributor sales operations for PAC products across assigned regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and ensure regular order flow.
Identify and onboard new distributors in untapped or underperforming markets.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Resolve distributor and customer queries related to product, pricing, and delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, customer care) to support distributor needs.
Manage, guide, and oversee the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met and processes are followed effectively.
Provide leadership, training, and support to junior sales team members.
Motivate the team to drive sales performance and ensure smooth coordination between field and office teams.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
Prepare and share regular sales reports and market feedback.
Represent the brand professionally and ensure consistent brand visibility and reach.
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
Proven experience in distributor/channel sales
Ability to handle multiple clients/distributors efficiently
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
