Business Developer - Manpower Services

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to drive growth and expand our client base in the manpower services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing sustainable revenue streams through talent acquisition and workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries requiring manpower services

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, hospitality, healthcare, and IT

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the staffing industry

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
