Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries requiring manpower services
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, hospitality, healthcare, and IT
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the staffing industry
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure profitable partnerships
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
Understand client workforce needs and provide tailored manpower solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
Regular follow-ups and account reviews to identify expansion opportunities
Strategic Planning & Market Analysis
Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives

Education & Experience
