Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help us expand our
clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create
and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth
through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
•Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer
satisfaction
•Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
•Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
•Find new business opportunities and customers.
•Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking
and social media.
•Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.
•Survey on market trends for updated knowledge.
•Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them.
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers.

Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.

Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge of Real Estate
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BBA/MBA in sales or relevant field
