Job Description

Hiring: Lead Manager – Vendor Sales | Houzmatic

Houzmatic is building smart home solutions that make automation simple and practical. We help light vendors and distributors convert their existing lights into smart lights using driver-based solutions (WiFi / Bluetooth / Zigbee).

We are looking for a Lead Manager – Vendor Sales who can take ownership of leads end-to-end, from the first interaction to consistent follow-ups — and help convert conversations into real business.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days of work from the office.


Job Description

• Call and engage with lighting vendors and distributors (IndiaMART + outbound)
• Understand their business, product range, and customer segment
• Clearly explain Houzmatic’s solutions (how existing lights can be converted into smart lights)
• Share catalogues, price lists, and demo videos via WhatsApp
• Follow a structured process with end-to-end follow-ups (same day + next day)
• Handle basic objections and guide leads towards trial orders
• Maintain a clean and updated lead tracking sheet after every call
• Identify high-potential leads and coordinate effectively with founders


Skills Required

• Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet (Hindi + basic English)
• Confidence in handling calls and business conversations
• Ability to explain products in a clear, simple, and practical manner
• Strong lead qualification and follow-up discipline
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ownership mindset with consistency in execution


This Role Is Not For You If

• You are not comfortable with regular calling
• You struggle with consistent follow-ups
• You require constant supervision
• You are looking for a passive or non-sales role


Compensation

• Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
• Incentives: Performance-Based (Revenue-Based Bonuses)
• Earning Potential: Up to ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 incentives per month
