• MBA (Marketing / Business Development / Media / Related field) preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in an Advertising or Media Company (mandatory)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and networking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Pitch advertising, branding, or media solutions to potential clients
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver client requirements

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor strategies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
