Job Summary:
Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellors with strong communication skills and hardcore sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process for domestic and international programs, while achieving sales targets and ensuring a high conversion ratio.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses (UG, PG, PhD, Domestic or International Programs)
Handle inbound/outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups
Convert leads into admissions through effective sales techniques
Provide accurate information about universities, courses, and admission procedures
Maintain student database and track interactions
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Proven experience in hardcore sales (EdTech/education preferred)
Experience in domestic or international admissions process
Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
