Job Description: Founding Sales Partner – EdTech (Schools & Institutions)
Location: Gurgaon (covering Gurgaon & Delhi NCR market)
Work Mode: On-site / client-facing (frequent in-person school visits required)
Interview Mode: Face-to-face at our Gurgaon office
Teaching Squad is a new-age teacher hiring and school branding platform. We are building a network of 1000+ schools by September 2026 and are now hiring our Founding Sales Partner – EdTech, who will be the face of Teaching Squad for schools in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR.
This is a pioneering sales role in our EdTech startup. You will:
Build and own school relationships in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR.
Sell annual subscriptions school management.
Act as a consultant to school leaders (principals, directors, trustees) on branding & teacher hiring.
Work closely with founders to shape pricing, pitch, and growth models.
Participate in profit sharing after completing one year, beyond fixed + incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with private schools, colleges, and educational institutes.
Demonstrate the value of Teaching Squad’s platform & branding services.
Conduct school demos, presentations, and workshops to drive adoption.
Achieve monthly sales targets: 10–12 school closures/month (subscription deals).
Build long-term school partnerships with renewals and cross-sells.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–5 years in sales or client servicing in EdTech, education services, or B2B subscription sales.
Ability to engage confidently with principals, school owners, and trustees.
Passion for the education sector and teacher recruitment ecosystem.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Based in Gurgaon, with willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for school visits.
Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
