Job Description – Business Development Executive / Manager (BMS & MEP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with experience in BMS and MEP-related services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, client acquisition, project coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in BMS, MEP, ELV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Electrical projects

• Generate leads through market research, references, site visits, and client meetings

• Meet builders, consultants, contractors, architects, facility managers, and corporate clients for business development

• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers

• Follow up with clients for project closures and AMC opportunities

• Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Attend project meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients

• Maintain proper MIS reports and sales pipeline updates

• Support in tender participation and documentation process

• Generate AMC business for existing and new clients

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of BMS and MEP systems

• Understanding of ELV systems like CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Networking, etc.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle client meetings and presentations

• Knowledge of project estimation and proposal preparation

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field

• Experience: 1–5 years in BMS / MEP / ELV sales or business development

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply for junior roles
