Roles & Responsibilities: -
· Achieve revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
· Generate and convert leads across EdTech, corporate, and institutional segments.
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including client acquisition, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Build and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
· Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion strategies.
· Analyse competitors and contribute to pricing and service strategies.
· Maintain CRM data and share regular sales reports.
· Support team performance.
Required Skill Set:
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales/Business Development (preferably EdTech or training industry).
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
Good understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
