Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: -

·         Achieve revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).

·         Generate and convert leads across EdTech, corporate, and institutional segments.

·         Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including client acquisition, presentations, negotiations, and closures.

·         Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

·         Build and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

·         Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion strategies.

·         Analyse competitors and contribute to pricing and service strategies.

·         Maintain CRM data and share regular sales reports.

·         Support team performance.

Required Skill Set:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Sales/Business Development (preferably EdTech or training industry).

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.

  • Good understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
