Job Description

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Performance

  • Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.

  • Generate new business opportunities in IFM services (housekeeping, technical maintenance, security, pest control, landscaping, etc.).

  • Increase contract value through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Expand client portfolio across target industries (corporate, industrial, hospitals, malls, residential, logistics, etc.).

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and develop prospective clients through networking, references, tenders, and cold outreach.

  • Build strong sales pipeline with qualified leads.

  • Participate in RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.

  • Improve conversion ratio from inquiry to closure.

3. Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Develop market penetration plans for new territories / cities.

  • Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and market trends.

  • Recommend new IFM service lines based on demand.

  • Build strategic partnerships and channel alliances.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Ensure high client retention and contract renewals.

  • Resolve escalations related to commercial matters.

  • Conduct regular business review meetings with clients.

5. Proposal & Contract Management

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals.

  • Negotiate pricing, SLA terms, and contracts.

  • Ensure profitable pricing with desired margins.

  • Coordinate with legal / operations for agreement closure.

6. Coordination with Operations Team

  • Ensure smooth mobilization after project closure.

  • Hand over client expectations, scope, SLA, manpower plan to operations.

  • Support service delivery team in initial transition phase.

  • Align customer commitments with operational capability.

7. Profitability & Cost Control

  • Maintain target gross margins in all contracts.

  • Ensure proper costing of manpower, consumables, equipment, compliance, and overheads.

  • Minimize underpricing risks.

8. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline reports.

  • Submit weekly / monthly business development reports.

  • Forecast monthly closures and revenue.

  • Track tender status and opportunity stages.

9. Branding & Networking

  • Represent company in industry events and exhibitions.

  • Build brand visibility in IFM market.

  • Generate references and client testimonials.

10. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure tender documentation accuracy.

  • Follow company approval matrix.

  • Maintain records of contracts, proposals, NDAs, etc.
