We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Connect Way Consultancy. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹50000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and
document detailed business and system requirements.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate and optimize existing business processes for increased
efficiency and scalability.
• Data Analysis: Analyze business data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
to support strategic decisions.
• Zoho CRM Management: Manage and configure the admin panel of Zoho CRM, ensuring
optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
• Team Handling: Lead and support junior analysts or cross-functional teams, ensuring
timely and effective project execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical
teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Documentation: Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specs, and
process flow diagrams.
• Solution Implementation: Support the testing, deployment, and evaluation of
implemented solutions.
• Market & Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor
strategies, and new technologies.
• Project Management: Assist in planning and managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or
Waterfall methodolog
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics
or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (Admin panel) is mandatory.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven team leadership or coordination experience.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
