Job Description – (Franchise Sales)
Rayzen Corporate Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Associate to join our Franchise Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, connecting with potential investors/business partners, explaining franchise opportunities, and converting qualified prospects into franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and market research.
Contact prospective franchise partners and understand their business requirements.
Present and explain the company's franchise model, investment plans, benefits, and support.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Schedule client meetings and handle franchise enquiries.
Negotiate and close franchise sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain lead and customer information in CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and franchise onboarding.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company expansion.
Candidate Profile:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in franchise sales, business development, B2B sales, real estate, or channel sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
