Branch Sales Officer

• Recruitment & Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Financial Consultants (agents).

  • Train and develop them to achieve business targets.

• Sales Execution:

  • Drive life insurance business through the recruited team.

  • Lead from the front and generate individual sales as well.

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Team Management:

  • Motivate and guide the team to improve performance.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Resolve customer queries and ensure proper service delivery.

• Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate MIS and reports related to sales and team performance.

  • Adhere to all company policies, regulatory and compliance requirements.
