A Chit Ops Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of a chit fund branch. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring timely collections, handling customer relationships, and leading the branch team to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations.
Lead and supervise the sales and collections team.
Drive new customer acquisition and achieve business targets.
Ensure timely collection of installments and minimize overdue payments.
Resolve customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare reports and monitor branch performance.
Ideal Candidate:
Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Sales, Collections, or Branch Operations.
Preferred background in NBFC, Chit Fund, Finance, or Banking.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Location: Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Pollachi
Work Type: Branch-based with field visits.
