Job Responsibilities
Generate business for Retail Banking products, primarily Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, DSAs, and other business associates.
Source new customers through channel partners and direct market activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and channel partners.
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage Products.
For Sr. RM 5+ years of experience of team handling is mandatory
Strong understanding of retail banking products and lending processes.
Must have an active network of channel partners in the local market.
Excellent product knowledge and market awareness.
Candidate should have minimum 1 year of stability in the current organization.
Candidates with frequent job changes ("job hoppers") will not be considered.
Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
