Kanha Furniture Company is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage our furniture showroom operations in Patna.

📍 Location: Faridpur, Patna, Bihar

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor sales, stock and showroom activities
• Follow up on leads and pending customer enquiries
• Coordinate with management and other departments
• Train and develop the sales team
• Maintain showroom discipline and overall performance

🔹 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience, preferably in Furniture / Retail Showroom industry
• Experience as Branch Manager / Showroom Manager / Sales Manager will be preferred
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Target-oriented and responsible approach
• Good customer handling and sales skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong understanding of showroom sales operations
